Hey everyone…just wanted to pass on some great news regarding my book, THOU SHALL NOT STEAL.

A “rookie” LP Officer purchased my book a few months ago to see if it would help him gain some inside knowledge about his new job in Loss Prevention. He says he “devoured” the book in a few hours and was very happy with the training content located throughout the book. But…in his words…the 3 Bonus Guides (Free to all buyers) were packed with life-saving information! He explains that he realized this first-hand as he was involved in an altercation his first few weeks on the job and he was able to quickly determine that one of the suspects was packing a firearm BEFORE he approached him to make the stop. The suspect was eventually apprehended by the local PD for the theft and it was later determined he shot a clerk at a local liquor store during a separate robbery attempt a few weeks earlier!

How about ‘dem apples?

Anyway…just wanted to pass on the good news to those of you who are not sure if you should part with a measly ten bucks?

I think you should reconsider…especially when you get a ton of great information in my bonus guides titled:

1. How To Spot An Armed Suspect

2. Wicked Weapons – Loss Prevention Safety Guide

3. Drug Related Street Slang

Heck of a deal!

What are you waiting for?

Stay Feisty!

Loss Prevention Agents (Officers) can experience a huge variety of unusual “encounters” on a daily basis. One day may be spent tracking an employee’s refund activity and the next day may bring a violent encounter with a brain-dead shoplifter. Other days an LP employee may be “tested” by a lonely female employee who needs a friend. Hmmm?

I think you get the point. You never know what the day may bring in the world of plainclothes security.

So…today I bring you a small but mighty list of five top tips from a Loss Prevention veteran.

These aren’t set in stone but they will save your rear end in the long run if you follow them.

Without further ado…I give you the first five:

1. SAFETY IS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

Everybody needs to go home at the end of the day…preferably in one piece…because you need to come back and do it all over again the next day, right?

2. IS THE JUICE WORTH THE SQUEEZE?

I lost count of how many times I have asked myself this question during an average week. Keep it real…it can save you alot of time and heartache.

3. RUN FROM LOSS PREVENTION GROUPIES

Yep…they exist…and they only want four things. (see my book for the details)

4. THE FARTHER YOU PURSUE, THE MORE DANGER YOU WILL ENCOUNTER

Foot pursuits are dangerous. Crooks still deserve to be chased… but…just be smart!

5. IF YOU LAY WITH DOGS…YOU’RE GONNA’ GET FLEAS

This can apply to a few different areas but think about you reputation and your integrity at all times.

Well… there you have it…a great start to keeping your carcass out of trouble!

Part 2 coming soon!

Stay Feisty!
